Quality Assurance

Our strength and goodwill are our product Quality. Our client has appreciated our Quality. We always follow our ISO 9001: 2015 QMS (Quality Management System) for Quality Assurance.

Our materials comply with the RoHS standard as per our customer's requirements. RoHS is a statutory requirement in Europe Union. Our Products comply with international standards like DIN, BS, ASTM, etc.

We conduct a Quality test of the product. We have done the laboratory Test of Composition (CuZn39Pb3, Free cutting Brass, Forging Standards, etc.). We provide the Test Certificate as per the client's requirements.

We conduct an impact test, torque test, hardness test, humidity tests, Plating thickness test & Degree verification test in any recognized Mechanical laboratory. We provide a thread of different types like 鈫� BA, BSW, BS Fine, BSP Parallel and Taper, ISO Metric Thread, UNC Thread, etc.

Training  : We train the entire staff at regular intervals for producing high-quality Brass, Copper & Other Metal Components. We improve ourselves by Training to produce the highest quality components. We have to practice and improve ourselves to meet the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Machines  : We have Conventional and semi-conventional machinery to produce good quality Brass, Copper & Other Metal Components.

Inspection  : We have a unique Inspection facility to achieve the goal of zero defects and rejection of any Products. We have well experienced and regularly trained engineers to carry out the Inspection on each Brass, Copper & Other Metal Components.

Instruments  : Our Instruments are the heartbeats of our Quality Products. We have invested in the Inspection instruments. We have all general-purpose instruments and gauges along with the profile projector.

Calibrating  : We periodically calibrate our Instrument and Gauges for ensuring the integrity and measurement preventive.
